Customer Consultation
Confirm all details with customer, including logo and specs.
PI & Payment
Make PI to send to customer, confirm payment and start the order.
Golden Sample
Finish golden sample for the customer to check out.
Bulk Production
Purchase raw materials and start bulk production.
QC & Inspection
After finishing the order, do QC work before delivery.

Evaluation samples shipped in 3–5 business days. Sample fee refunded on bulk orders. Custom branding available on samples.
From order confirmation to shipment. Rush orders available (10 days, surcharge applies). Depends on customization complexity.
30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. L/C available for orders over $50,000. Net 30 for repeat clients.
Coverage starts from the bill of lading date and includes the main unit plus standard accessories.
