Yes. We offer custom tablet enclosure design — bring your own industrial design or use ours. New mold tooling typically takes 15–25 days. We also offer CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and SKD (Semi Knocked Down) tablet assembly options.

The current catalog covers 7-inch to 10.95-inch platforms. Screen, resolution, chipset, memory, storage, battery, cameras, I/O, and wireless options depend on the selected model; enclosure changes and other custom dimensions are quoted separately after engineering review.

Standard OEM samples ship in 14 working days from spec sign-off. Mass production begins within 35 working days of sample approval and deposit receipt. New mold tooling adds 15–25 days to the first sample.

Yes. We pre-configure MDM support on all business and enterprise tablets. Kiosk mode, app whitelisting, remote management, and secure boot available. Compatible with leading MDM platforms (SOTI, ManageEngine, Scalefusion, Hexnode, VMware Workspace ONE).

Most current SKUs ship with Android 13 or 14 as standard. Android 11 and 12 still available for legacy enterprise programs. We can lock the Android version per customer and provide long-term firmware maintenance for enterprise contracts.

The factory publishes ISO 9001 and BSCI evidence. Product programs may support CE, FCC, RoHS, Google GMS, BIS, UKCA, UN38.3, EN71, ASTM F963, CPC, CB or UL. Each report is model-, component-, Android-version- and market-specific, so scope and current validity are confirmed for the quoted SKU.

Google GMS availability depends on the selected model, chipset, Android version and destination market. Wintouch confirms the applicable GMS configuration before quotation; buyers should not assume that one report covers every catalog model.

Yes — Wintouch has held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2014. The factory is also BSCI audited for ethical labor practices. Audit reports are available on request for procurement teams.

Yes. Wintouch is BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited annually. We can supply the latest BSCI report under NDA for buyers requiring ethical-sourcing documentation.

Rugged-ready and Windows configurations can be evaluated for field-service and logistics projects. Ingress protection, drop testing, sunlight readability, ports, and battery requirements must be confirmed for the quoted model rather than assumed across the catalog.

Yes. We offer tablet PC drop shipping — we ship directly to your customers or Amazon FBA warehouses with your branding and packaging. Neutral packaging also available for unbranded tablet wholesale.

Yes. We ship 1–5 evaluation samples with your branding in 3–5 business days (without firmware customization) or 14 working days with full OEM firmware + branding. Sample fee is refunded on bulk orders over 500 units.

Standard warranty is 12 months from bill of lading date and covers main unit plus standard accessories. For covered material or workmanship defects, Wintouch provides free repair, free replacement where repair is impractical, remote diagnosis by email or video call, and complimentary firmware updates during the warranty term. Before returns, clients should obtain an RMA number and mark shipping documents "Return for Repair".

In-warranty defective units are repaired or replaced free of charge after RMA approval. Out-of-warranty units can be repaired at preferential rates. We maintain a 2% spare-parts allocation on bulk orders so customers can perform front-line replacements without shipping units back to China.

Yes. We provide complimentary firmware patches during the warranty period. For enterprise programs we offer 3–5 year long-term firmware support contracts, including security patches and Android version locking.

Chuwi and Teclast are primarily consumer-retail tablet brands that sell finished products under their own names. Wintouch is a factory-direct OEM/ODM supplier — we manufacture under your brand, with your firmware and packaging, at lower MOQ and with custom hardware options. We do not compete with our own customers in retail channels.

Wintouch is a direct factory. We own the 10,000 m² production facility in Dongguan with 6 in-house assembly lines, QC labs, and aging-test rooms. No middleman pricing. Factory tours can be arranged for verified B2B partners.
